The audit is free. After it you get a clear, itemised quote shaped around your scope and budget, and nothing starts until you have agreed it. Ongoing support is a simple monthly fee, agreed up front. Most projects start small with the highest-impact automation, then grow once it has proved its value.
Most first builds go live within one to four weeks of the audit. We deliver in stages, so the first improvements are usually in use well before the full project is finished.
Usually not. We work with the tools you already use, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, your CRM, booking system, accounting software and spreadsheets, and connect them. If a tool is genuinely holding you back, we will tell you and explain why.
No. We handle the design, build, hosting and maintenance. Your team just needs to tell us how the work gets done today and try out what we build.
We follow UK GDPR, use access with the least privilege needed, keep credentials in secure vaults, and prefer providers that keep data in the UK or EU. We will sign a data processing agreement with you before we touch any personal data.
You do. The systems, accounts and data are yours, and everything is documented. There is no lock-in: if you ever want to take it in-house or move to someone else, you can.
